Pecco’s father, Dr. Med. Habil. Josef Beaufaÿs, 1904 – 1961,
born in Germany began painting to finance his studies first as
an actor and then in medicine.
His displayed paintings at the Highland Lake Inn feature most of his work between 1953 and 1960 and reflect his great love for the South of France, as well as some few remaining early works from the 20′s. In addition to his paintings, we show artwork by artists from various countries such as Germany, Holland and South Africa and of course the USA.
